I had an associate stay her since it's near my condo. We were able to get more done on the projects with her close by. She had a nice stay. I met some of the staff. Weeks before I decided to book her that hotel. No regrets.

We are Canadians traveling around Mexico and found this hotel in the La Crucecita area of Huatulco more than adequate with a lovely pool area. A great location within walking distance to the local downtown and nearby Soriana grocery store. The maid brought a coffee maker to our room for the second morning without us asking - maybe they noticed I went to Oxxo to buy a coffee when their restaurant wasn’t open early enough for me!
Las habitaciones son viejas, huelen a humedad, el baño no tiene ventilación y la cortina que divide la regadera tiene moho. Nunca encontré como se prenden los focos y tampoco el nombre de la red de internet. Al solicitar mi factura todavía me preguntaron si ya tenía pagado lo del IVA.

Fue buena. El hotel cuenta con una alberca. Muy bonita. Y no está muy profunda. Está muy buena para ir en familia y niños.
A mi en lo personal me gustó el hotel leí antes todas las malas calificaciones y la verdad yo no tuve problema , me toco una buena habitacion todo le funcionaba bien , no tuve problema con ningún tipo de plaga, espacios buenos el aire en la habitación qué me toco funcionaba muy bien más aparte el abanico del foco funcionaba bien todos los focos y enchufes funcionaron bien, tal vez un poco de mantenimiento no estaría mal pero nada que incomode fuy de vacaciones no a estar encerrada en un hotel , tampoco tuve problema con la limpieza todo muy bien la alberca muy limpia el agua templada a mi me gustó mucho la estancia en este lugar tienen un balconsito y a mi me toco muy buena vista
